About The Position

Cleantec is seeking a Territory Supervisor / Custodial to join their team. In this role, you will assist management and customers by ensuring the functionality of designated accounts. This position involves guiding team leaders and cleaners, upholding company mission and policies, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires hands-on leadership, a focus on customer satisfaction and employee relations, and collaboration with the area manager for team building and growth strategies. Responsibilities include scheduling new hire training, conducting performance evaluations, managing employee issues, maintaining budgeted hours, ensuring safety compliance, managing inventory, troubleshooting equipment, performing cleaning duties as needed, conducting quality control inspections, resolving customer issues, overseeing project work, providing nightly reports, and performing other duties as assigned. The shift for this role is the second & evening shift, with a starting wage of $21.00 per hour, ranging between $21.00 - $25.00 per hour. Requirements

  • Current/Valid Driver's License
  • Access to your own personal vehicle
  • Minimum 1-Year Supervisory/Management Experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Guide team leaders and baseline cleaners to maintain cleanliness and functionality of customer buildings.
  • Uphold the company's mission and enforce policies while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Follow all company operation standards for training, cost control, quality, safety, and on-time services.
  • Get your hands dirty, figuratively and literally, to ensure the successful completion of projects on our customers' properties.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction and maintain positive employee relations by following company policies.
  • Collaborate with the area manager to build a team of key employees capable of carrying out growth strategies and improving employee relations.
  • Schedule new hire training with designated personnel approved by management.
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations for staff, setting measurable goals for continuous improvement.
  • Report and document all employee issues promptly, including attendance, call-outs, write-ups, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain budgeted hours for accounts to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Keep safety materials and SDS sheets up-to-date in accounts.
  • Maintain inventory of all cleaning supplies at each building.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain cleaning products/equipment, such as vacuums.
  • Be ready to perform cleaning duties in the event of employee absences or customer requests.
  • Identify areas of concern in customer buildings through regular inspections and supervise the resolution of deficiencies.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service and promptly resolve customer issues, always documented in CRM.
  • Set up and oversee project work in customer buildings as needed.
  • Provide nightly reports of building activity for all staff, following the required format.
  • Be willing to perform other duties as requested and assigned.
  • Check and report all employee hours and make necessary adjustments daily by 10 am.
