Advanced Fryer Solutions is seeking a driven, hands-on Territory Service Manager to lead and grow our Pittsburgh market. This is more than a management position. Requirements

  • Must live in or near the Pittsburgh metropolitan area.
  • Prior leadership or management experience required.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, improve performance, and drive results.
  • Strong coaching, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience managing KPIs, productivity metrics, staffing, and employee development.
  • Ability to hold team members accountable while maintaining a positive culture.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Comfortable using mobile technology and reporting tools.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds when necessary.
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on operational needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in restaurant operations, QSR, hospitality, retail management, field service, logistics, route operations, or multi-unit management strongly preferred.

  • Conduct ride-alongs, field visits, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.

  • Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop top talent.
  • Support technicians in the field and provide operational guidance.
  • Act as a working leader by covering routes during PTO, call-offs, staffing shortages, or business needs.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Monitor territory performance, service quality, productivity, and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operations and grow the market.
  • Partner with senior leadership to execute territory growth initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
