This position will develop and grow sales of Cabinetworks Group products within the Wisconsin territory of Menard’s landscape to meet and exceed projections for overall sales and comparative store growth. The role involves building and leveraging relationships with kitchen designers, pro desk, outside sales representatives, and relevant personnel in assigned stores. The goal is to influence brand loyalty, market share growth, and training opportunities. The representative will analyze the territory, prioritize growth opportunities, and service all accounts promptly. They will develop and execute global and targeted strategies including salesmanship, training, issue resolution, and merchandising to gain market share.
