Territory Sales Representative – Windsor, ON On-Target Earnings (OTE): $85,000–$95,000+ annually (base + uncapped commission + monthly bonuses), with top performers exceeding $120K+. We are currently seeking a motivated and outgoing Territory Sales Representative to join our Windsor team.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
  • Motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable working independently
  • Coachable mindset with interest in long term career growth
  • Comfortable working in a field-based role
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM tools and digital platforms is considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an assigned sales territory in the Windsor area
  • Meet with small and medium-sized business owners to understand their needs
  • Present CFIB solutions that deliver value, savings, and support while proactively generating leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and community networking
  • Build long term relationships with members
  • Follow a proven sales process with coaching and support
  • Participate in ongoing training with exposure to leadership development
