About The Position

We are seeking a high-energy Territory Sales Representative with a strong hunter mentality to drive new business and grow market share across New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. This role is best suited for sales professionals with experience in clinical or AP laboratory sales, pharmaceutical, medical device/equipment, healthcare services, or related healthcare industries. Our mission is to advance the health and wellbeing of our communities as a leader in clinical laboratory solutions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record (past 3 years)
  • 4–5 years of outside sales or service experience
  • Proven track record of new business development (“hunter” mindset)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Nice To Haves

  • 2–5+ years of outside Sales or Service experience in the medical field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and profitability within an assigned territory
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities
  • Maintain and grow an existing client base
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers
  • Partner with operations to deliver exceptional, customer-focused service
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas
  • Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards
