About The Position

This is an entry-level, full-time opportunity to break into pharmaceutical sales with ImpactBio, supporting the launch of Pivya®, an FDA-approved oral antibiotic for uncomplicated urinary tract infections (uUTIs). Pivya® has a 40-year history in Denmark and is now entering the U.S. market. The role requires motivated, coachable individuals eager to learn and follow a proven sales model. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training, tools, and mentorship. This role is with ImpactBio, a premier commercial partner in Life Sciences, with potential for transition to Alembic Therapeutics based on performance. It offers a career entry point into pharmaceutical sales, experience in a national product launch, and development of essential skills for career growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience (B2B, retail, service, or related)
  • A strong desire to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
  • Proven work ethic and a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Coachability—someone who takes direction well and applies feedback quickly
  • High level of motivation, resilience, and accountability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan
  • Willingness to travel extensively within territory
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory
  • Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy
  • Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff
  • Consistently apply training and coaching in the field
  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals
  • Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership
  • Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations
