About The Position

This is an entry-level, full-time opportunity to break into pharmaceutical sales with Pivya®, an FDA-approved oral antibiotic for uncomplicated urinary tract infections (uUTIs), supporting Alembic Therapeutics. Pivya® has a proven history in Denmark and is now launching in the U.S. market. ImpactBio, a premier commercial partner in Life Sciences, is building a team of driven, ambitious sales professionals for this high-profile launch. As a Territory Sales Representative, prior pharmaceutical sales experience is not required; motivated, coachable individuals eager to learn, follow a proven sales model, and build a long-term career are sought. The role offers training, tools, and mentorship for success, with real-world experience calling on healthcare providers. This full-time role is with ImpactBio, with potential to transition to Alembic Therapeutics based on strong performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience (B2B, retail, service, or related)
• A strong desire to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
• Proven work ethic and a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Coachability—someone who takes direction well and applies feedback quickly
• High level of motivation, resilience, and accountability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff
• Consistently apply training and coaching in the field
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals
• Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations
