We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow sales within the Baton Rouge and South Louisiana region. This role focuses on conducting in-home consultations, building relationships, and closing sales using a proven system. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional looking to earn high income with strong company support and pre-qualified leads.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of outside or in-home sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a designated sales territory
  • Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers
  • Present customized bath remodeling solutions and close sales
  • Follow up on company-provided, pre-qualified leads (no cold calling)
  • Build referral networks and local business relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success
  • Track and report sales activity and performance
