About The Position

Territory Sales Representatives help Behr put its best foot forward every single day. Daily, you will visit your stores and be the face of Behr. You’ll do sales, relationship-building, merchandising, ordering, and any problem solving required. With every task and interaction, you will leave someone with a positive impression of Behr and the knowledge that we genuinely want to help them do their work better.

Requirements

  • A proactive approach to selling that creates value for the customer.
  • Ability to build relationships with Home Depot managers, associates, other Behr reps, professional contractors, and residential customers.
  • Comfortable speaking to groups and communicating clearly.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 75 lbs.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage every aspect of Behr-related business in five or more Home Depot stores in your area.
  • Visit stores daily to be the face of Behr.
  • Conduct sales and relationship-building activities.
  • Perform merchandising tasks to ensure displays are stocked, clean, vibrant, and eye-catching.
  • Place orders for needed materials such as colorants and point-of-purchase items.
  • Perform problem-solving as required.
  • Train Home Depot associates, Behr team members, and the public on Behr’s product line.
  • Lead classes or demonstrations to show customers how to properly use products.
