This is a professional sales role with opportunities to grow your route and be the face of PepsiCo in your territory. You will be responsible for managing sales in an assigned geography, covering various account types from small convenience stores to large supermarkets. The role involves driving revenue and profit growth through professional selling, managing customer communications, and collaborating with a team of Merchandisers in larger accounts. You will also develop and motivate Merchandisers, grow customer relationships, ensure contract compliance, and execute local and national initiatives. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, including early mornings, and periodic lifting of up to 40 lbs.
