About The Position

This is an entry-level, full-time opportunity to break into pharmaceutical sales with Pivya®, an FDA-approved oral antibiotic for uncomplicated urinary tract infections (uUTIs), supporting Alembic Therapeutics. Pivya® is launching in the U.S. market after over 40 years of success in Sweden. The role is with ImpactBio, a premier commercial partner in Life Sciences, and offers training, tools, and mentorship. Strong performers may have the potential to transition to Alembic Therapeutics. This role is ideal for motivated, coachable individuals eager to learn a proven sales model and build a long-term career in the pharmaceutical industry. You will gain experience in a competitive industry, develop essential skills, and be part of a national product launch.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience (B2B, retail, service, or related)
  • A strong desire to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
  • Proven work ethic and a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Coachability—someone who takes direction well and applies feedback quickly
  • High level of motivation, resilience, and accountability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan
  • Willingness to travel extensively within territory
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory
  • Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy
  • Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff
  • Consistently apply training and coaching in the field
  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals
  • Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership
  • Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations
