About The Position

Ferraro Foods is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow the Nassau County territory, which includes Rockville Centre, Garden City, Farmingdale, and the surrounding area. This role is internally titled Account Executive. The ideal candidate will have experience in the foodservice world, enjoy building connections, and be driven to grow their book of business. The position involves building and growing the territory by developing new business and expanding existing accounts, partnering with customers to understand their needs and deliver solutions, achieving sales goals, identifying opportunities for new products, and staying informed about market trends. The representative will also create proposals, close deals, and serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring strong service and follow-through.

Requirements

Foodservice, distribution, or restaurant industry experience required
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Confidence in prospecting, negotiating, and closing new business
Self-motivated with strong time management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within your territory
