Requirements

• 3-5 years of sales experience preferred.
• Competitive, driven, and energized by goals and results.
• Charismatic, persuasive, and comfortable steering high-stakes conversations.
• Sharp and able to follow a proven playbook while adapting in real time.
• At your best when the bar is high, the pace is fast, and the rewards match the effort.
• Motivated by impact, income, and the satisfaction of earning big.

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners (no cold-calling).
• Use a proven diagnostic process to identify issues and get them resolved.
