Under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Representative (TSR) – Retail is responsible for developing, growing, and generating sales within an assigned retail book of business and territory. This position serves as OrePac's primary field sales representative to retail customers, driving revenue growth through account development, product promotion, customer engagement, sales presentations, business development activities, and the identification of new sales opportunities. This position is responsible for maintaining and expanding customer relationships while increasing market penetration and sales performance across assigned accounts.
