About The Position

Legacy Assurance Plan is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for Estate Planning. This is a 1099 independent contractor role focused on selling estate planning membership plans (wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents) to families. The representative will meet with warm, pre-qualified leads in their homes within a protected territory, explain the membership plan, answer questions, and close enrollments. Compensation is commission-based with bonuses and incentive trips for top performers. All leads are provided at no cost.

Requirements

• 3+ years of outside, in-home, or direct-to-consumer sales experience.
• Documented record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Comfort using a CRM to manage a pipeline.
• Reliable personal transportation for daily in-home visits.
• Must currently reside in [state].
