About The Position

This is a co-op position for Fall 2026, lasting from September to December. The role is based in Mississauga, ON, GTA, with a hybrid work environment. The co-op student will be fully immersed in the PepsiCo Foods Canada Quaker culture and will work on business development projects with the Quaker brand. This role offers an opportunity to learn sales fundamentals and begin a career in the CPG Industry.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a post-secondary education in business or related field
  • Strong communication / interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to understand and leverage strategic insight to drive results
  • Collaborative and works well in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast paced, complex environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver's license and car

Responsibilities

  • Build analytical literacy capability with the Key Account / Sales
  • Delivering large format sales volume in assigned territory through compliance of specific customer agreements, execution of monthly priorities as well as permanent and temporary in-store displays
  • Key projects as per business need
  • Identify and assist in implementing processes that improve effectiveness and eliminate redundancies
  • Support sales and multifunctional teams on customer-facing initiatives
  • Perform match contact initiatives with key store level and regional level customers to enable improved field sales team execution results
