About The Position

PepsiCo Canada is seeking motivated students for their Fall 2026 Customer Development Co-op Program. This program offers early responsibility, opportunities to make an impact in a dynamic industry, and development through coaching from experienced mentors. Co-op students will work on globally recognized brands and contribute to PepsiCo Canada's success by applying knowledge of category best practices and consumer insights. The role involves interpreting business data to develop fact-based recommendations that support sales objectives. Success requires results-driven behavior, intellectual curiosity, analytical thinking, technical prowess, and the ability to collaborate effectively.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution, pursuing a University degree in Business and/or MBA.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Work on key projects as per business need.
  • Identify and assist in implementing processes that improve effectiveness and eliminate redundancies.
  • Build analytical literacy capability with the Key Account / Sales team.
  • Support sales and multifunctional teams on customer-facing initiatives.
  • Manage Customer Development Agreements.
  • Assist in weekly, period, quarterly and annual forecasting.
  • Perform daily and weekly National Retail Sales reporting.
  • Conduct financial reconciliation.
  • Manage customer deal sheets.
