About The Position

We are searching for our next Territory Partner who will serve as an Independent Business Owner that is contracted to represent Trupanion within the Charleston, WV market. This is not a franchise or brokerage. There are no franchise fees and this business does not necessitate a brick-and-mortar operation. Trupanion offers a comprehensive pet health insurance plan with no payout limits and covers chronic, congenital, and hereditary conditions. Our patented in-hospital software allows for quick claim processing and payment directly to hospitals. Territory Partners are essential to our growth by expanding our network and increasing direct marketing to veterinarians. They serve as consultants and exclusive representatives for Trupanion's pet health insurance product within their designated market, building relationships and educating veterinary professionals about the benefits of Trupanion for their practice, pets, and families.

Requirements

Reside in the Charleston, WV area.
Be available to dedicate at least 40 hours a week to building your business.
Be or become Property & Casualty licensed in your state of residence.
Have a background in sales, business ownership, and/or the veterinary industry.
Be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Represent Trupanion within the Charleston, WV market as an Independent Business Owner.
Serve as a consultant to Trupanion and the exclusive representative for our pet health insurance product.
Build relationships and educate veterinarians, vet techs, and office staff about Trupanion.
Increase the number of hospitals that actively introduce Trupanion to their clients.
Dedicate at least 40 hours a week to building your business.
