About The Position

BD Diesel Performance is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager for its Northeast region, which includes Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Rhode Island. This role is responsible for promoting and selling BD Diesel’s products by visiting current and potential customers in these regions. The goal is to help customers and their vehicles reach their full potential through quality products and excellent customer service. The position reports to the Sales Manager and requires travel to customer locations three out of four weeks per month. Requirements

Experienced Territory Sales Manager
Ability to travel three out of four weeks per month.
Annual trips to headquarters for product training.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the manager.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and high-value accounts.
Forecast sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
Optimize the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
Continuously learn product knowledge and undergo training.
Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Travel to customer locations to demonstrate and advise on new product offerings.
Provide customer feedback to the sales and engineering teams.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
