About The Position

This full-time, remote Territory Sales Manager role is responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion within an assigned geographic region. The Territory Sales Manager will identify and qualify prospects, conduct product presentations and demonstrations, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing. Daily activities include building strong relationships with dealers, contractors, architects, and distributors, providing technical product information, and delivering training on Euro-Wall systems. The role also involves monitoring territory performance, preparing sales forecasts and reports, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and representing Euro-Wall at industry events and trade shows as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written abilities and effective presentation skills.
  • Proven Sales skills, with experience in territory management, pipeline development, and closing new business.
  • Customer Service and relationship-building skills, with a focus on responsiveness and long-term account growth.
  • Sales Management and Training skills, including the ability to guide partners, educate clients, and support channel development.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize tasks, and travel within the territory as required.
  • Data-driven approach to sales, including use of CRM tools and basic proficiency with office software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
