About The Position

CARE Workforce Solutions is seeking Territory Sales Managers to serve as Healthcare Growth Partners, developing lasting relationships with healthcare providers while introducing our Workforce Infrastructure™ solutions to medical, dental, and specialty practices throughout their assigned territory. This is an opportunity to help healthcare organizations solve workforce, compliance, payroll, HR, recruiting, and workforce continuity challenges. At the same time, you'll build your own book of business, expand a local healthcare network, and create unlimited earning potential through long-term client partnerships. You'll become a trusted advisor to healthcare providers by helping them improve operational efficiency, workforce stability, and long-term growth. Unlike traditional staffing firms, CARE partners with healthcare organizations as an extension of their business, delivering long-term workforce solutions instead of temporary staffing.

Requirements

  • Previous sales, business development, recruiting, healthcare operations, or relationship management experience preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to build trust and long-term professional relationships

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective healthcare organizations
  • Develop long-term relationships with practice owners, office managers, administrators, HR leaders, and executive decision-makers.
  • Conduct outreach through phone, email, networking, referrals, and in-person meetings
  • Schedule and conduct discovery meetings
  • Present CARE's Workforce Infrastructure™ model and demonstrate how it helps healthcare organizations improve workforce stability, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management
  • Collaborate with leadership to support territory growth initiatives
  • Represent CARE professionally within the healthcare community
  • Attend local networking events, industry meetings, and community organizations to build brand awareness and referral partnerships
  • Stay informed on healthcare workforce trends, regulations, and market developments to better advise clients.
