Z-Band Technologies is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Territory Sales Manager to own and grow a multi-state territory across the Southwest and Pacific regions. This full-time, salaried position is responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening channel partner relationships, and expanding customer engagement within the professional AV and IP video distribution marketplace. This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and managing a territory through a consultative sales approach. The successful candidate will thrive working independently, developing new opportunities, and managing the entire sales cycle from initial outreach through project close. Compensation includes a competitive base salary ranging from $45,000 to $55,000 annually, plus uncapped monthly commission tied to territory performance. This position is based on-site at our headquarters in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Z-Band Technologies is a national leader in RF and IPTV video distribution systems and Video Management Solutions.
