We are looking for someone seeking exciting new opportunities as Territory Sales Manager for our thriving team in Etobicoke, ON. The successful person will be an energetic, customer focused, self-starter who has experience in the automotive aftermarket parts industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives on building new business partnerships and developing growth within the highly competitive automotive aftermarket industry. The role involves cold calling, developing strong customer relationships, generating new opportunities, growing a new customer base, and maintaining existing clients in the fast-paced world of automotive aftermarket and industrial parts. Bumper to Bumper is Uni-Select’s flagship brand, a network of auto parts stores and repair shops across Canada, bringing together experts committed to providing quality parts, tools, and services. With over 190 Bumper to Bumper stores and over 110 Bumper to Bumper Auto Service shops, they offer a turnkey trusted program with complete support, a strong brand image, and a dynamic go-to-market strategy. Their extensive inventory includes over 500,000 products from 350+ suppliers, covering most makes and models. Requirements

  • Proven sales experience (preferably outbound or territory sales within an automotive framework) with a focus on seeking, generating and fostering strong business relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and industrial supply are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.
  • Comfortable with technology, using CRM and catalog systems.
  • Experience in territory management with a willingness to travel as needed (including occasional overnights).
  • A passion for learning, growth, and taking initiative in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business through cold calling, lead generation, and proactive prospecting.
  • Grow your territory by identifying new opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Visit customers regularly to establish relationships, identify needs and target solutions to produce optimum sales.
  • Present compelling automotive aftermarket product solutions and value propositions to industrial, fleet and automotive businesses.
  • Manage orders, returns, quotes, and customer follow-ups with precision and care.
  • Use CRM tools and sales processes to stay organized, track opportunities, and report progress to organization.
  • Be a trusted advisor delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
