About The Position

As the Territory Sales Manager (TSM) for the Northern California region at Elevate Healthcare, you’ll play a direct role in making healthcare, safer, healthier, and more productive by equipping clinicians with world-class simulation technology. This is a high-impact, high-visibility sales role where you’ll own your territory, build meaningful relationships, and drive real growth, while selling solutions that truly matter. Requirements

A driven, consultative sales professional with 3+ years of experience
A natural hunter who thrives with autonomy and accountability
Confident leading sales conversations and influencing decision-makers
Tech-savvy and data-driven (Salesforce preferred), Power BI a plus.
Experienced advisor by leveraging deep industry knowledge and insight to spark meaningful, value-driven dialogue.
Must reside in the assigned territory (Northern California) and close to a major airport.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the military and/or as a medical practitioner is highly preferred (Nursing, EMS, Technician, Educator, etc.)
Experience selling diverse product portfolios across multiple sales models (e.g., capital equipment, software, services, professional services), with hands-on experience in at least two of these areas.
