About The Position

Carazo Enterprise SL, a premium cigar distribution company operating since 2012 with international hubs and representing over 30 premium brands, is expanding in Florida. They are seeking experienced sales representatives in Miami who understand the market, have established relationships, and are ready to grow them. This is a role for an experienced professional who can directly engage with clients and close deals, not a training position. The company is looking for individuals who can independently manage and grow their sales territory.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B field/territory sales experience — physical products, face-to-face
  • Experience in tobacco, cigars, or premium/luxury consumer goods
  • Strong existing network of cigar shops, lounges, or tobacco retailers in Florida
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong advantage
  • Valid US driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
  • Based in or near Miami, FL
  • Comfortable working as an independent contractor with commission-based pay

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow your territory across Miami and the wider Florida market
  • Conduct 160+ in-person store visits per month — cigar shops, lounges, and tobacco retailers
  • Open new accounts and protect existing ones through strong, consistent relationship management
  • Deliver product presentations and sampling sessions directly in store
  • Keep HubSpot updated with visit notes, client details, and pipeline activity
  • Join two weekly team meetings (Monday and Friday) to align with the wider sales team
