The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) owns and drives sales activity across the assigned Southwest and Rockies territory, which includes Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, El Paso, and Las Vegas. The role covers new business acquisition, growth of existing accounts, channel partner development, recurring revenue opportunities, and larger project-based sales. The position is remote, and the candidate must reside within the assigned territory and travel up to 70% of the time. The TSM balances prospecting for new business with engagement of existing customers, distributors, and integrators. The role develops end-user relationships and advances complex, multi-stakeholder video security opportunities, while working with Vertical Sales Managers on targeted vertical initiatives and strategic projects. Success requires strong relationship-building, technical solution-sales competency, end-user engagement, coordination across stakeholders, and disciplined management of opportunities. The U.S.-based annual base salary is $92,000–$125,000. The position is eligible for incentive commission, with total compensation ranging from $153,000–$208,000. Individual pay is determined by factors including experience, job knowledge, role complexity, and location. Full-time employees may participate in health and welfare plans, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; the 401(k) plan; and paid time off and sick leave programs, subject to plan terms and company policies.
