The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, maintaining, developing, and growing a volume-driven and profitable base of approximately 50 target and core dealers. This role involves targeting and signing up new dealers within the assigned territory, building sales through active communication with customers about new product launches, services, supplies, prices, programs, and discounts. The position aims to maintain and improve sales revenue and gross margin, maintain accurate call history within the CRM system, and collaborate with Branch Managers to increase sales. The Territory Sales Manager will also develop remedial action plans to meet sales targets, act as a channel expert on product features and benefits, and ensure client accounts have the necessary information for customer satisfaction. Monitoring competitive activity, expanding product knowledge, and understanding company policies are also key aspects of this role. The nature and scope of the position focus on growing sales volume/revenue within the assigned territory.
