As one of the fastest- growing consumer packaged goods companies, ZYN is the #1 selling nicotine pouch in the U.S. To support continued growth and innovation, we are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to oversee sales and operational activities within an assigned territory.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven problem- solving and critical- thinking abilities
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop sales plans
Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business math
Must reside within the assigned territory
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

Experience in non- durable consumer goods sales preferred

Responsibilities

Selling and servicing Swedish Match products in assigned retail accounts
Securing new item distribution
Executing promotions and merchandising programs
Maintaining product freshness and inventory standards
Leveraging data to develop fact- based customer presentations
Following established sales call processes
Managing administrative responsibilities, including expense reporting and point- of- sale materials
