About The Position

S&K Sales Hawaii has been serving the Hawaii and Pacific Island markets since the 1950s, providing custom sales, distribution, and retail execution solutions built on integrity and trust. We partner with some of the world’s leading retail brands and help ensure their products are represented with care, accuracy, and consistency across local stores. We’re looking for a Territory Sales Manager who enjoys being out in the field, building strong store relationships, solving problems, and making sure products are stocked, displayed, priced, and promoted the right way. This role is a great fit for someone who is dependable, organized, comfortable working independently, and takes pride in being the “eyes and ears” for our brands at the store level.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with internal teams, store partners, and customers.
  • Ability to learn new tools, processes, and job expectations.
  • Good judgment, business awareness, and problem-solving ability.
  • Comfort using tablets, laptops, mobile apps, and web-based systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and online applications.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

  • Merchandise products to ensure items are in stock, organized, and properly displayed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail partners.
  • Set up promotional displays and support store resets.
  • Monitor inventory, out-of-stock issues, pricing, and planogram placement.
  • Use iPad-based tools, including SKU App and GoSpotCheck, to complete store reporting and execution tasks.
  • Communicate regularly with the Sales Manager regarding ordering issues, store needs, and territory updates.
  • Manage multiple store priorities with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Partner with Business Managers as needed to support proper placement, pricing, and retail execution.
  • Assist with store resets as directed, including neighbor island travel when needed.
