We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Territory Sales Manager to join our North America Sales team. Based in Boulder, Colorado, and reporting to the West Coast Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in accelerating growth across the Central region by cultivating new business opportunities and expanding strategic partnerships with some of the industry's most innovative footwear brands. In this highly visible role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to customers, connecting Vibram's world-renowned soling technologies with their product innovation, performance goals, and business objectives. You'll work at the intersection of sales, product creation, and brand strategy, collaborating closely with design, development, and manufacturing teams to bring exceptional footwear solutions to market. The ideal candidate is passionate about the footwear and outdoor industries, thrives on building lasting partnerships, and has a proven ability to uncover opportunities, influence stakeholders, and drive results. You'll own account strategy, champion growth initiatives, and represent the Vibram brand as a key partner in delivering industry-leading performance outsole solutions.
