Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience with proven results
  • 1-2 years of sales leadership
  • The desire to lead large teams in excess of 10 employees
  • Ability to execute and collaborate with the sales organization as a whole
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Providing leadership and execution for multiple teams across North America.
  • Leading a world-class organization.
  • Develop, coach and provide strategic leadership to Territory Account Executives.
  • Demonstrate world-class professionalism and ability to motivate and act as inspiration to team.
  • The ability to “deal with ambiguity” and have a strong organization agility to get things done.
  • Developing and implementing a strategic direction for teams which aligns to Territory Sales Division goals.
  • Outlining and implementing training roadmap to upskill reps and managers to deal with higher complexity accounts and subsequent solutions.
  • Demonstrating a customer first mindset with historical track record of lifting customer experience scores and corresponding effect on customer retention.
  • Helping create sales management processes and best practices for TSD organization.
  • Managing Territory Account Executives performance through regular one on ones.
  • Working with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to create/improve internal TSD programs - Career Pathways, TSD Levels etc. that increase sales ability and business acumen.
  • Analyzing year over year productivity and improve operational efficiencies.
  • Working with internal groups to ensure strong customer and business outcomes.
  • Working with Territory Account Executives on analyzing rep and market productivity and execute accordingly.
