About The Position

Vizcom is seeking a Territory Sales Director to grow the company's enterprise business in key geographic locations. This role involves identifying and targeting potential enterprise clients, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel. Vizcom emphasizes technical principles, efficient teams, practical tooling, and custom best practices, focusing on long-term maintenance and team accountability. As a learning-driven team, they continuously explore new technologies and ensure transparency and impact for each member.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in enterprise sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and techniques
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience working remotely and/or in a startup environment
  • Must submit to a background check for SOC2 Type 2 compliance

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential enterprise clients within assigned territories
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
  • Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems regularly
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and expand the customer base
  • Traveling to customer onsite meetings, monthly/quarterly
  • Handling new logo, expansion, and renewal opportunities
