About The Position

Omada AI provides small businesses with an AI marketing team at a lower cost than an agency. Territory Partners are responsible for selling this service directly to local business owners through face-to-face interactions, aiming to get them set up on Omada AI the same day. This is a 1099, commission-based role where income is directly tied to sales performance. The role offers the potential for significant income growth, with opportunities to build a residual income stream and advance into leadership positions as the company expands into new cities.

Requirements

Proven field or outside sales experience, with a history of successful face-to-face sales (e.g., D2D, B2B field, territory sales, retail energy, telecom, payments).
Demonstrated ability to prospect independently and build a sales pipeline from scratch.
Comfortable with cold-calling and walking into businesses unannounced.
Strong closing skills, including the ability to ask for the business, handle objections, and secure a next step.
Self-management skills to run the day like a business owner.
Reliable transportation and the ability to work the territory in person.
Ability to learn the product quickly and pitch confidently within a day or two.
Willingness to handle own taxes and expenses as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities

Prospect local businesses within your assigned territory through various methods including walk-ins, referrals, and networking.
Pitch Omada AI's services directly to business owners in person.
Set up new customers with a live free trial on the spot.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal and ensuring the customer becomes paying.
Learn the product quickly to confidently pitch the service.
Track sales activity and account progress to optimize performance.
Collaborate with an experienced Territory Partner during the initial weeks to learn and practice sales techniques.
Build and maintain a book of business that generates residual income.
