About The Position

Omada AI provides small businesses with an AI marketing team at a fraction of the cost of an agency. Territory Partners are responsible for introducing Omada AI to local businesses, pitching the owner face-to-face, and getting them set up on the platform the same day. This is a field sales role where individuals manage their own territory, pipeline, and income. It is a 1099, commission-based position designed for closers who want to control their earnings and have the potential to grow into leadership roles as the company expands into new cities.

Requirements

Proven field or outside sales experience (e.g., D2D, B2B field, territory sales, retail energy, telecom, payments).
Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline from scratch.
Comfortable with walking into businesses cold.
Strong closing skills, including asking for the business, handling objections, and securing next steps.
Ability to manage oneself and run the day like a business owner.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to work the territory in person.

Responsibilities

Prospect your territory using various methods such as walk-ins, referrals, networking, and local events.
Sell Omada AI face-to-face by pitching business owners in person and initiating a live free trial on the spot.
Build the customer's system using their real business information and content during the initial pitch.
Manage the full sales cycle from the initial conversation through the trial period to becoming a paying customer.
Learn the product quickly to gain confidence in pitching.
Track activity and accounts to analyze performance and increase weekly closes.
Partner with a veteran Territory Partner in the field during the initial weeks, sharing commissions on deals closed together.
Provide ongoing product training and support to customers to help trials convert to paying customers.
