About The Position

Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC) is a certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE) with more than 36 years of experience providing occupational health and safety services to large construction projects nationwide. Our teams include EMTs, Paramedics, Nurses, Physical Therapists, Mental Health Counselors, and other healthcare professionals who support the unique needs of each jobsite. The Territory Operations Manager - Construction Health & Safety is a field-based management position responsible for overseeing all aspects of operation for on-site occupational medical clinics on construction sites throughout an assigned territory. Primary functions include project set-up, training staff, maintaining the site for the duration, and closing the site when the project is complete. Extensive travel throughout the assigned territory is required. The Territory Manager provides clinical and operational support, helps maintain continuity of services, reinforces MMC standards, and serves as a professional representative of MMC while working alongside site teams and client contacts. Travel may involve overnight stays and may be requested with limited notice, including same-day or next-day travel, based on operational needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Paramedic or Registered Nurse.
  • Current National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) certification (for Paramedic track).
  • Minimum 3 years of occupational health experience.
  • OSHA-30 certification.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing construction-site environments.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all aspects of operation for on-site occupational medical clinics on construction sites throughout an assigned territory.
  • Project set-up, including reviewing contract details, meeting client teams, assisting with recruiting and interviewing staff, ordering supplies, training new staff, and creating project sheets.
  • Maintaining projects and staff, including ensuring project sheets are signed, approving employee payroll, managing staffing and shift changes, performing site audits for compliance, client engagement, and regular communication with clients.
  • Participating in site initiatives such as Construction Safety Week, Suicide Prevention Week, and Construction Inclusion Week.
  • Managing employee conflict and conducting performance evaluations and coaching.
  • Performing weekly supply ordering and conducting training courses such as CPR and Mental Health First Aid.
  • Traveling to jobsites to provide immediate coverage and support, conduct site audits, and engage with clients.
  • Closing projects by scheduling closing meetings, developing completion reports, managing inventory return, and conducting closing meetings with client representatives.
