About The Position

This is an exciting, high-impact opportunity for a driven salesperson to help accelerate the growth of our Orlando branch. Orlando is one of the fastest-growing construction and HVAC markets in the Southeast, and we are looking for a Territory Manager who is energized by expanding market share, strengthening relationships, and becoming the go-to resource for customers across the region. We are seeking a self-motivated, relationship-oriented Territory Manager to lead sales efforts throughout the Greater Orlando market. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B sales—preferably in HVAC, construction supplies, or building materials—and enjoys partnering with customers to help them grow their business. You’ll have the full support of our leadership team, product experts, and vendor partners, paired with the energy and momentum of a rapidly expanding Orlando branch.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in HVAC, construction, or building materials
  • Existing relationships in the Orlando HVAC or construction market a plus
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and managing a territory
  • Excellent communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly self-driven and comfortable managing a sales pipeline independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily customer visits with owners, project managers, estimators, and shop managers
  • Achieve sales revenue, gross margin, and territory growth goals
  • Prospect, pursue, and onboard new customers throughout the Orlando region
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers improve efficiency, workflow, and profitability
  • Build long-term relationships through consistent, professional, and responsive service
  • Maintain regular follow-up cadence with key accounts
  • Provide product knowledge, training, and support to customer teams
  • Collaborate with branch leadership to execute strategic territory plans
  • Stay informed of market activity, pricing trends, and competitor offerings
  • Participate in vendor trainings, trade shows, association events, and ride-alongs with vendor partners
