About The Position

Belt Power LLC is a full-service distributor and fabricator of conveyor solutions, powering industries from manufacturing and processing to material handling. As a Territory Manager, you’ll take ownership of an established territory while driving new business growth. This is a highly visible, relationship-focused role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor to customers and a key contributor to our continued expansion.

Requirements

  • Proven success in outside sales (industrial distribution experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your territory

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with conveyor systems, automation, or related industries is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow relationships with existing customers while uncovering new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed sales and growth targets
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that add real value to customer operations
  • Manage a strong sales pipeline and track performance against key metrics
  • Lead customer engagement—from initial consultation to order execution and follow-through
  • Represent Belt Power at trade shows, events, and industry networking opportunities
