They are seeking a part-time Territory Manager for a one-year contract position to join their remote Recruitment Team. This role, based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), will be responsible for recruitment efforts across North America. The ideal candidate will be confident, creative, and enthusiastic about promoting study abroad in Australia. This position will contribute to growing interest in specific program areas.

Requirements

Experience in creating and developing strategic ideas.
Comfort with public speaking.

A strategic mindset and enthusiasm about personal growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and nurture long-term relationships with a portfolio of partners & stakeholders, including university student groups, university advisors, and high school advisors.
Manage a wide variety of student recruitment activities, including coordination of presentations (virtually and in-person) for universities and high schools across North America.
Establish and maintain relationships with influential student groups and local high school advisors.
Create an annual territory sales plan to meet territory targets.
Work closely with internal Marketing and Admissions teams to ensure OzTREKK's services are prominent for students considering education abroad.
