About The Position

Slice’s mission is to help independent pizzerias become more profitable by providing them with discounts, an integrated technology stack, marketing and advertising services, and a community of owners. The company is rapidly expanding its US-based Sales team, and Territory Managers are crucial to this mission. They are responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with shop owners to help drive their profitability and growth. As a Territory Manager, you will be the local representative of Slice, acquiring new pizzerias and expanding relationships with existing partners. Your main objective is to help each shop maximize the benefits of Slice’s Family Membership, which includes Slice Register (Point-of-Sale), online ordering, phone ordering, and discounted pizza boxes. You will need to understand the unique needs of each owner and introduce them to the appropriate solutions at the right time. This is a full-cycle outside sales role that requires significant travel within your assigned territory to meet with shop owners in person.

Requirements

  • Must be located within the Escondido-Mission Viejo geographical area.
  • Have a valid driver’s license.
  • Have a vehicle.
  • Excitement for local travel.
  • Passionate about pizza, entrepreneurs and Slice.
  • Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new pizzerias in the assigned territory.
  • Expand relationships with existing pizzeria partners.
  • Help shop owners maximize the benefits of Slice’s Family Membership.
  • Identify shop owners' most pressing needs and introduce them to the right solutions.
  • Travel around the territory to meet with shop owners in-person.
