Requirements

  • A proven track record in sales—you know how to open doors and close deals
  • Confidence, personality, and the ability to connect with just about anyone
  • A self-starter mentality—you don’t wait for direction, you make things happen
  • Strong organization skills (because you’ll be running your own territory)
  • Experience with CRM tools and using data to drive decisions
  • Willingness to hit the road daily and own your region
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office or similar tools

Nice To Haves

  • 2–4 years of sales experience (hardware/building materials = a big plus)
  • A history of crushing goals and growing customer accounts
  • An Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
