About The Position

Hubbard Supplyhouse is seeking a driven, strategic leader to join our growing team as a Territory Manager. We are a plumbing and irrigation supply house that also specializes in kitchen, bath, appliances, and lighting. We proudly serve local plumbers, builders, and homeowners in bringing beautiful and functional living spaces to life. The Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, operational excellence, and team development across multiple branch locations within an assigned region. This role partners closely with branch leadership to grow market share, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure consistent execution of company standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-first environment and has a strong background in wholesale distribution and contractor-focused sales.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in wholesale distribution, supply house, or related industry
  • Strong sales and business development background
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory (up to 80%)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or contractor supply industry
  • Multi-location or regional management experience

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by setting performance targets and executing strategic sales plans
  • Coach and support branch managers and sales teams to maximize performance
  • Identify new business opportunities within the contractor and wholesale markets
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple branches to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Ensure alignment with company policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Support inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and product mix
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key customers, contractors, and vendors
  • Address escalated customer concerns and ensure a high level of service
  • Recruit, train, and mentor branch leadership and team members
  • Foster a positive, performance-driven, and team-first culture
  • Monitor branch profitability and review P&L statements
  • Implement strategies to control costs and improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure all branches adhere to company policies, OSHA standards, and safety regulations
