Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of management experience in residential plumbing
Ability to inspire and drive personal and professional growth among team members
Commitment to delivering exceptional homeowner satisfaction
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding business goals
Detail‑oriented with strong multitasking abilities
Effective presentation skills and comfort speaking to groups
Confident, decisive communication in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Plumbing Technicians
Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
Drive division performance through goal setting, reporting, and team development
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to increase service opportunities and customer retention
Partner with operations, dispatch, and customer service teams to streamline processes
Improve efficiency through scheduling optimization, workflow improvements, and technician performance tracking
Serve as the subject‑matter expert for residential plumbing installations
Stay current with industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies
