About The Position

American Refrigeration Supplies, Inc. is a wholesale distributor of A/C and heating equipment, accessories and supplies and has been serving our customers for 85 years. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at our Metro/West Phoenix Area. This position is full-time (typically 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m)

Requirements

• A High School Diploma is required
• A minimum of 5 or more years of HVAC industry experience.
• 3 or more years of Sales and/or Sales Management experience.
• Employee must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to communicate well with others.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time well.
• Ability to be self-starting.
• Strong computer knowledge including MS Office
• Basic typing/10-key skills.

Nice To Haves

• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales utilizing assigned customers as well as generating new customers
• Develop existing accounts to increase sales and expand product lines by consistently communicating solutions and providing technical support
• Develop and open new accounts by consistently cold calling to provide new solutions to make their job easier and offering product support/promos
• Coordinate sales activities to support various product lines by communicating and working with branch staff and key vendors
• Analyze customer sales reports or diminishing sales categories and strategize a plan for increasing book of business through better service or diversifying product line
• Coordinate with management on product planning, inventory, and new solutions or promos for customers
• Coordinate with Executive Sales Leadership in balancing territory. Assigned accounts must maintain or have potential of minimum $75,000 with maximum of 50 total accounts.
