About The Position

As growth continues across Western Canada, they are seeking a driven sales professional who enjoys competing, building relationships, and expanding market share in a highly specialized healthcare segment.

Requirements

• A university degree in Kinesiology, Sport Science, Health Sciences, Business, or a related discipline is preferred and would be beneficial.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in a competitive market, demonstrating success in developing new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales objectives.
• Experience in healthcare, medical device, rehabilitation, vascular, or related industries is an asset.
• Competitive mindset similar to a varsity or professional athlete.
• Strong territory planning and account development skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Entrepreneurial approach to business development.
• Ability to work independently and manage a large geographic territory.
• Residing in the Greater Calgary area would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a revenue growth strategy that strengthens relationships with existing customers while identifying new market opportunities across Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, and Yukon.
• Build relationships with physicians, therapists, medical professionals, and referral sources by educating them on product indications, clinical applications, and patient benefits.
• Conduct product training and educational programs with dealer partners and clinical stakeholders.
• Represent the organization at regional conferences, educational events, and industry meetings.
