About The Position

Spartan Tool is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on industry experience—especially former plumbers or drain cleaning professionals—who know the equipment, the challenges, and what customers need to succeed. This position will be responsible for a territory in New York State and Pennsylvania. Since 1943, Spartan Tool has built tough, dependable sewer and drain cleaning equipment for professionals. From their plant in Niles, Michigan, they design and assemble electro-mechanical machines, video inspection camera systems and high-pressure water jetters that are built to last, easy to use, and ready for the job—backed by real-world know-how, hands-on training and unmatched service. Spartan Tool is part of The Heico Companies, which has grown from a single business to over 80 separate companies through a strategic acquisition policy, and by reinvesting its earnings into internal growth and new prospects. Requirements

  • Sales experience in plumbing, sewer or drain cleaning (field experience highly valued).
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to travel within the territory.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience as a plumber or drain cleaner.
  • Solid knowledge of sewer and drain equipment.
  • Experience managing a territory and working with contractors, commercial accounts or municipalities.

Responsibilities

  • Take care of existing customers by delivering equipment, performing minor repairs, providing training and offering your expertise.
  • Grow the territory by bringing in new customers and offering new products.
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, businesses and municipalities.
