About The Position

LINC Systems invites ambitious, hard-working individuals to apply for the position of Territory Manager. Applicants should be independent thinkers with strong character and desire to succeed. The Territory Manager will focus on account management and new business development for a designated group of customers as well as prospecting for new accounts. You will provide value by creating long term professional relationships, market additional industrial products and services offerings, and secure long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or four years of related experience
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirited individual that thrives within a team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to account locations and training events.
  • Proficient use of Office 365
  • Motivated to succeed.
  • Strong organizational skills with good business sense.

Nice To Haves

  • Fastening & packaging experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and maintain rapport with account contacts by developing and establishing professional relationships with necessary personnel.
  • Develop and nurture critical vendor representative relationships to support key accounts.
  • Develop individual account strategies to identify areas of additional growth.
  • Responsible for development and management of account projects.
  • Accurate and timely updating of our Customer Relationship Management software (CRM).
  • Monitor customer-purchasing activity by reviewing customer reporting.
  • Work closely with our customer service representatives and assigned service technicians to insure prompt and accurate response to customer needs and requests.
  • Become a product and application expert by continually expanding your product knowledge.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Any/all additional duties required to successfully manage and build key accounts as assigned by management.
