The Territory Manager is responsible for growing Trek, Electra, and Bontrager sales by serving as a trusted business partner to retailers within the territory. This role requires a confident, consultative sales professional who can influence retailer decision-making, strengthen partnerships, and drive long-term growth. You will work closely with Trek and Electra retailers to increase market share, elevate product representation, and execute the Trek Retailer Sales Program. Success in this role comes from strong sales presence, business acumen, and the ability to lead productive, insight-driven conversations with retailers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in front of customers, enjoys coaching and consulting rather than transactional selling, and wants to make a meaningful impact representing an industry-leading brand.
