About The Position

Belt Power LLC, a leader in conveyor system solutions, is seeking a results-driven sales professional to join their team as a Territory Manager – Outside Sales. This role involves owning and growing a thriving sales territory by building long-term customer relationships and selling complete conveyor solutions. Belt Power offers a supportive environment where relationships, innovation, and results are valued. The company provides conveyor belting, components, hose, fittings, plastics, gasketing, and power transmission products to help customers maintain safe and efficient operations.

Requirements

  • Customer-focused, motivated, and hands-on
  • Strong CRM and ERP system experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly responsive with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in industrial environments
  • Willingness to travel, including overnight and occasional weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow your territory by developing strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities using a consultative sales approach
  • Partner with internal teams to drive product implementation and shop participation
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and meet or exceed territory growth goals
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales, manufacturers, suppliers, and adjacent territories
  • Attend trade shows, conventions, and networking events to expand market presence
  • Track activity, update CRM data, and analyze sales performance
  • Stay current on products, applications, and market trends to deliver value-added solutions
  • Represent Belt Power professionally while maintaining safety and quality standards
