The Bausch + Lomb Vision Care Team promotes a collaborative team culture that has driven year-over-year growth through market disrupting programs and the launch of 7 innovative products within the past 6 years. Later this year Bausch + Lomb Canada will launch the silicone hydrogel daily disposable ULTRA® ONE DAY For Astigmatism Contact Lens which is a breakthrough technology. This role focuses on selling the organization’s products within a designated geographic territory, with a focus on territory sales targets, new business development, and troubleshooting problems or key markets. The Territory Manager organizes their own work routine but receives guidance from the Regional Sales Manager and the Marketing department. This role may have special markets/complex product lines assigned that require significant client relationship skills.
