Job Summary: As a Territory Manager, you will develop and maintain relationships with customers and prospects within an assigned territory. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping them navigate their orders and projects while working closely with our sales team and internal departments. This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate who wants to develop sales, communication, customer relationship, and business skills while growing within an established company.

Requirements

Recent college graduate or candidate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email.
Motivated by goals and interested in developing a career in sales.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team.
Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Must be able to commute daily to our facility located at 125 Pequanoc Dr Tallapoosa, GA 30176

Nice To Haves

Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Metal building industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with current customers and prospects.
Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding orders, projects, questions, and product needs.
Work toward achieving sales goals and growing your assigned territory.
Assist the District Sales Manager with developing new customers and expanding existing relationships.
Learn Whirlwind Steel's products and services and help customers identify solutions that meet their needs.
Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information in our CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to help ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Follow up with customers throughout the order process to provide a high level of service.
Build your knowledge of the metal building industry, sales processes, and customer relationship management.
Represent Whirlwind Steel professionally and demonstrate our commitment to customer service.
